Ahmed Farouk
Ahmed Farouk Shahin is an Egyptian-American entrepreneur with a passion for connecting cultures through quality-driven ventures. Having immigrated to the United States and witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by Middle Eastern communities in accessing authentic, halal-certified products, he was inspired to create businesses that bridge this cultural and commercial gap.
Ahmed’s mission is more than commercial—it’s personal. He believes that food is a language of culture, and that by making traditional foods more accessible to mainstream American consumers, he can help foster inclusion, awareness, and appreciation for the richness of Middle Eastern and Islamic heritage.
With over a decade of experience in business operations, community outreach, and customer service, Ahmed is the visionary behind three successful brands:
- Noor Fashion LLC (est. 2017) – One of the first U.S.-based fashion brands focused on providing stylish, modest clothing options for Muslim women.
- A.Y.M Trip Planner – A luxury travel service provider that helps clients plan international and domestic travel with personalized, culturally aware service.
- AYM United LLC (est. 2025) – His latest venture, created to introduce healthy, halal, and culturally rich food products to the American marketplace.
